Cloud Computing:

Access to your data no matter where you are and what device you are using.
No need to do maintenance of updating and scanning anti-virus, cleanup tools, or anti-malware applications.
No need to worry about manually backing up data. Most cloud computing services do this for you.
There is a risk of being hacked and all your data being released to the black market.
Governments can request warrants and gain access to your data on cloud servers, most of the time without you knowing.
Pay a monthly subscription fee to handle whatever cloud services you need.
Depending on how much user traffic you get, server usage could become pricey.
